Delete your account

You can delete your Mitti Craft account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, for the Mitti Craft game by INCUBICS (IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited).

Option 1: request deletion by email

1. Email support@mitticraft.online with the subject Delete my Mitti Craft account.
2. Send it from the Google email address you used to sign in to the game, so we can confirm the account is yours.
3. We confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.

Option 2: delete from the game

1. Open Mitti Craft and go to Settings.
2. Tap Sign out to unlink your Google account from the game on this device.
3. Tap Delete Nirmaan world and Delete Kalpana world to erase your saved worlds, or uninstall the app to remove all game data from the device.
4. To remove Mitti Craft's access to your Google account, visit Google Account > Third-party connections and remove Mitti Craft.

Then email us as in option 1 if you also want any account data we hold deleted.

What is deleted

• Your Google account link: name, email address, profile photo and account ID
• Any progress, sikke, rewards or settings linked to your account
• Support emails about your account, unless we need them for a legal reason

What may be kept

• Records we must keep by law, for no longer than the law requires
• Advertising data held by Google, which is managed by Google. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

Deleting your account cannot be undone, and any progress or sikke linked to it will be lost.
