Child safety standards
Last updated: 31 October 2026
INCUBICS (IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to Mitti Craft on every platform.
How the game is designed
- Mitti Craft is a single-player game. There is no chat, messaging, friend list or way for players to contact each other.
- Players cannot upload or share images, video or text with other players inside the game.
- The game does not ask for a player's age, location, photos or contacts.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob under Google's content policies.
Our standards
- We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children.
- If we add any feature that lets players communicate or share content, it will come with moderation, blocking and in-game reporting before it launches.
- We remove violating content and accounts as soon as we learn of them.
- We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we cooperate with law enforcement.
- We follow the laws that protect children, including India's POCSO Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Report a concern
If you see anything in Mitti Craft or its ads that puts a child at risk, email our child safety contact at support@mitticraft.online with the subject Child safety report. We review every report promptly.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police. In India, call 112 or the Childline helpline 1098, or report online at cybercrime.gov.in.
